Typically you make payment at the Kingston Wharves Client Services Centre attached to the warehouse where your shipment is being stored. This information is available on your bill of lading or receipt.

The TOTAL LOGISTICS FACILITY is our one-stop-shop warehouse that gives customers the benefit of clearing personal and commercial shipments in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Visit our offices at 195 Second Street, Newport West where one of our customer service representatives will assist and get you on your way.

The KINGPORT WAREHOUSE COMPLEX, located on Sixth Avenue, facilitates the clearance of personal and commercial cargo.

GLOBAL AUTO LOGISTICS CENTRE (GALC) at Tinson Pen, facilitates the clearance of motor vehicles for the domestic market. This location is a cashless operation. Only credit and debit cards are accepted.

BERTH FIVE is reserved for the clearance of bulk and break-bulk commercial shipments. Payments for services at this location are done at the TLF, KWC and Online.
